Rick was driving home on the evening
of May 29 in his 1991 maroon Ford Mustang when he was attacked and murdered.
A few days later his car was found stripped and burned on the Northwest
side of San Antonio. Rick's friends and family mounted a large search near
Palo Alto Community College. His body was found several days later. His
murderer used a shotgun to kill an unarmed man for the parts on his car.
Rick was a soft spoken young man who worked as a manager at a local Pizza
Hut. His friends and family miss him deeply. His killer is now on death
row for this crime. |

never made it. It is believed she became confused and lost her way. Her
body was found beside her car. She is missed by family and friends. |
Herbert Neil

Mr. Neil, age 66, disappeared July
12, 1997. The next day his car was found on River Mountain Ranch in Boerne.
He was a retired Air Force security policeman and military customs inspector
who had recently begun to experience memory loss. On October 20, 1997,
his body was discovered in a wooded area approximately one mile from where
his car was found. Mr. Neil is deeply missed by his wife, children and
friends. |
Jennifer Renee Taylor

Jennifer was 15 years old and attended
John Jay High School. On or about November 9, 1994, she and Laura Gamez
ran away from home. On April 16, 1995 both girls were found murdered near
Medina Lake in a wooded area. Jennifer had hopes and dreams that were snuffed
out by her senseless murder. Jennifer's death leaves a void in her family
and friends' lives. |

High School. On November 9, 1994 she and Jennifer Taylor ran away from
home. Their bodies were found on April 16, 1995. Their crime remains unsolved
and their killer(s) remain free to kill again. Laura is missed very much
by her friends and family. |

Pedro was a loving father and husband
who was senselessly murdered while running family errands. He was carjacked
and shot. His body was found in Hidalgo County on August 3, 1999, but he
was not identified until January 2000. His family and friends miss him
very much. No one has ever been convicted of this crime. |
Lorena Hernandez

Lorena was a young lady who had
walked to the store for milk and disappeared. Her body was found near Calaveras
Lake a few days later. Her senseless murder remains unsolved. There are
no suspects. She leaves behind family and friends who miss her immensely. |
Melissa Trotter

Melissa was a 19-year-old woman
attending Montgomery County College just north of Houston. On December
8 she left the college with an acquaintance and disappeared. A large scale
search was conducted by volunteers, family and friends. On January 2, 199,
Melissa's body was discovered 40 miles north of the college in a heavily
wooded area. Melissa was a beautiful young woman just starting life on
her own when it was cut short by a senseless murder. She is deeply
missed by all who knew her. |
Maria Almeida

Maria was last seen on December
20, 2002. Her family put flyers throughout the city but received no information
regarding her disappearance. Sadly, on January 4, 2003, a woman jogging
on the Westside of San Antonio found Maria's body. Her death was a shock
to her family. She leaves behind family and many friends who dearly love
her. Her death has been ruled a homicide but no suspects have been named. |
