Eric, along with Christian Maldonado,
went missing after they got off a school bus on November 12, 1996. On December
1, 1996, his body was found with Christian's in a wooded area a short distance
from his home. The pain Eric's parents feel at the loss of their son is
beyond compare. He was loved and is dearly missed by all who knew him.
A suspect was arrested in June of 1999. |
Christian Maldonado

Christian, along with Eric Anderson,

1996. He was a senior at Holmes High School who expected to graduate in
the spring. On December 1, 1996 his body was found with Eric's in
a wooded area a short distance from Eric's home in what is called Devil's
Den. A suspect was arrested for this senseless crime in June of 1999. Christian
was deeply loved and is missed by his family and many friends. |
Trinidad Gonzales

Trinidad disappeared in May of 1992
while in the care of her aunt. She was missing until February 1994 when
her remains were found in an open field near her home. She was only 9-years-old
when she was murdered by her aunt. |

Carmen (Born November 4, 1943) had gone out for dinner when they got caught
up in flood waters and were swept onto the Olmos Golf Course. They were
discovered in their car when flood waters receded. They were a couple that
went everywhere together, with a close family that miss them dearly. |
Roger McCown

Roger wandered away from his home
on September 10, 1999. Roger had suffered from a variety of medical problems.
A large search was conducted with no results. On August 7, 2000 Roger's
remains were found near the property where he lived. He is deeply missed
by his family. |

Antonia was 19 when she was murdered.
She disappeared on August 26, 1997. Several months later the body of a
young woman was identified as Antonia's. She was a pretty young girl who
enjoyed family and friends. Her case is unsolved. |
Ilona Karin Albino-Pagan

On July 8, 1994, 14-year-old Ilona
was strangled in her home by a friend of the family. Three days later,
her body was found under a mattress alongside a remote road west of San
Antonio. In July 1996, Airman Marc Fielder, USAF Security Police Officer,
received 30 years for her murder. She was a happy little girl and had many
friends. She attended Kitty Hawk Middle School and enjoyed drama, poetry
and figure skating. She was the youngest daughter of Filberto and Helga
Albino-Pagan. She was loved and is dearly missed by her family and friends. |
Shawn Gilbert Eggleston
9 Years Old

Shawn, a third grader at Columbian
Elementary School, was visiting his father in San Antonio. On August 21,
1995 Shawn was reported missing by his father at Windsor Park Mall. His
body had actually been found six hours earlier in the Blanco River near
San Marcos. He had been beaten and murdered by his father on August 20,
1995. Thomas Eggleston was found guilty of murder and sentenced to life
in prison. He will be eligible for parole in the year 2025. Shawn's teacher
described him as an "A student who loved math, English and art" who "got
along with everybody and he always had a smile on his face". Shawn was
a little boy that was loved by his family and school mates. |
Calvin Day

much for Calvin to bear he took his own life. His family and friends love
him and miss him very much. |
John Bourland

New Caney, Texas

At age 23, John took his life when
the pain of living became too great. On September 25, 1997, John walked
away from his home with a bottle of whiskey and a gun. On February 26,
1999, John's body was found in a heavily wooded area near his home. He
left behind a loving family that misses him dearly. |
Elias Rosales Sr.
7/14/36 to 7/12/97
Karnes City, Texas

61-year-old Elias walked away from
the Audie Murphy Veteran's Hospital, in his bathrobe, on August 12, 1997.
He was suffering from dementia and became confused and disoriented. Elias
was a retired Air Force Veteran and former police officer. On March 9,
1998, his body was found behind the Santa Rosa Hospital in a wooded area.
He is deeply missed by his family and friends. |
