There are two types of volunteers.
(1) Type one is an Affiliate Member, committed to paying an annual fee, with the opportunity of being appointed to the Advisory Council. Levels of Affiliate Member are as follows: 1) YOUTH, ages 5 through 17, $5.00 annual fee; 2) ASSOCIATE, 18 years or older, $20.00 annual fee; INDIVIDUAL GOLD CLUB, 21 years or older, $500.00 annual fee; 4) CORPORATE GOLD CLUB, Business class, $1,500.00 annual fee.

(2) Type two are regular, non-paying volunteers.
